Sõltuvalt liidesest Bauwise keskkonna ja raamatupidamisprogrammi vahel kuvatakse seda moodulit kas nimega "Arved" või siis nimega "Finantskanded".

Arved - Moodulis kuvatakse kõik projektiga seotud arved.

Finantskanded - Moodulis kuvatakse lisaks projektiga seotud arvetele ka finantskandeid (palgad näiteks).

Mooduli ülaosas olevate parameetrite alusel on võimalik arveid filtreerida (sinises ringis).

Mooduli alumises osas on näha arved (rohelises ringis).

Kuvatavad veerud saab määrata veergude valiku nupul klikates (mustas ringis).

Tabeli veerud:

Arve nr - Arve nr, mis on arve esitaja poolt määratud. Arve nr klikates avaneb arve info.

Ettevõte - Ettevõtte nimi, kes on arve esitanud.

Arve kuupäev - Arvel olev esitamise kuupäev.

Summa - Arve netosumma.

Tasutud summa - Näitab tasutud summat (kui selline liides on välja arendatud, tüüpiliselt seda ei vajata).

Arve olek - Näitab, kas arve on kinnitatud/kinnitamata.

Soovitud veeru alusel sortimiseks tuleb teha veeru nimetuse peal paremklikk ning valida sobilik sortimise suund.

Kui kasutajal on Bauwise keskkonda arvete lisamise õigus, siis on moodulis nupp "Lisa ostuarve", millel klikates saab lisada uue ostuarve (oranžis ringis).

Finantskannete vaate puhul võivad olla kuvatud ka muud tab-id, nt Tuluarved, Valmidusastme kanded, Välistatud kulukanded, Ettemaks vmt:

Nendel tab’idel kuvatav sõltub eelnevast kokkuleppest kliendi ja Bauwise’i vahel ja vastavalt liidestuse häälestusest. Invoices - The module displays all invoices related to the project.

Financial entries - In addition to project-related invoices, the module also displays financial entries (salaries, for example).

It is possible to filter invoices based on the parameters at the top of the module (circled in blue).

In the lower part of the module you can see the invoices (circled in green).

The displayed columns can be set by clicking on the column selection button (in the black circle).

Table columns:

Invoice number - The invoice number assigned by the invoice provider. By clicking on the invoice number, the invoice information opens.

Company - The name of the company that has submitted the invoice.

Invoice Date - The date of submission on the invoice.

Amount - The net amount of the invoice.

Amount Paid - Shows the amount paid (typically not needed if such an interface is developed).

Invoice Status - Indicates whether the invoice is confirmed/unconfirmed.

To sort based on the desired column, right-click on the name of the column and select the appropriate sorting direction.

If the user has the right to add invoices to the Bauwise environment, the module has the "Add purchase invoice" button, which can be clicked to add a new purchase invoice (circled in orange).

In the view of financial entries, other tabs may also be displayed, e.g. Revenue invoices, Completion stage entries, Excluded expense entries, Prepayment, etc.:

What is displayed on these tabs depends on the prior agreement between the customer and Bauwise and accordingly on the setup of the interface. By default, nothing is displayed on the tabs other than the Purchase invoices tab.
