or
2. The following fields must be filled in, regardless of whether you press the button to add a modification in the budget module or in the Change order module.
Job number - This is the sequence number of the Change order. You can set it yourself or use the automatic numbering provided by Bauwise. For this example, I use automatic numbering.
Type - It is possible to specify the type of Change order. It provides the ability to filter Change orders, nothing else depends on it. Types can be changed/set by pressing the "Manage types" button. In this example, the type is Internal.
Description - Description of the content of the change order.
Date - The date of the change order.
3. To add a new job line, press the "Add new line" button:
4. After pressing the button, a new line without a job code will appear:
5. By clicking on the green cell in the "subcontractor contract" column, a list of all project contracts will appear where work can be assigned. In this case, there is only one contract - "001 Design works". If the added work is not related to any contract, it must be assigned under unsigned contracts.
6. Since it is a new job that is not yet in the budget, a unique job code must be assigned to the job that does not exist in the budget. In this case, I enter 0001 and press "Add new job code 0001":
7. Next, I name the job, in this example "Junk house foundation" and determine the cost. Since the work falls under unsigned contracts, we do not have a Subcontractor, the cell "Subcontractor Budget" cannot be filled in.
8. Repeating the same procedure, I also add the rest of the lines for the junk house construction:
9. When all lines are entered, I press "Confirm change orders" and the lines appear in the budget:
