Creating a new project

  1. Go to the list of Projects view and click on the "Add new project" button:

 

2. Enter the primary data of the project and press "Save and continue":

*Project name

 

 

*Pr. code (project code)

Can consist of numbers or letters, but must not contain spaces or slashes between them. Each project must have a unique code.

Customer

When you start entering the company name:

  1. The company already exists - a match from the company register is offered

  2. There is no company - you can add a new company

Status

Project phase. The default selection is provided, but the company admin user can configure them for their company from the admin center.

  • At work

  • Completed

  • Guarantee

  • Preparation

  • Rejected

Type

Project type. The default options are provided, but the company admin user can configure them for their company in the admin center.

  • Construction

  • Development
