Roles and associated rights

ADMIN

You can see all projects, change their budgets, add users, approve invoices for all projects, etc.
 

PROJECT MANAGER

You can only see your own projects (by entering the project/under the contract data, you can assign a project manager to each project);

Can make cost estimates for projects;

Contracts can be concluded;

Deeds can be made;

Cannot enter budgets;

Cannot change entered budgets;

Unable to split bills.

 

OBJECT MANAGER

You can see the budgets of your own projects (by entering the project/under the contract data, you can assign an object manager to each project);

Not a single change can be made to the budget - no contracts, no forecasts;

Unable to issue invoices.

 

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Gets the same rights as the project manager on those projects where he is assigned as a division manager (by entering the project/under the contract data, a division manager can be assigned to each project).

PREPARATION

Can see all projects, but can't do anything there.

 

ACCOUNTANT

You can perform all operations with invoices;

You can see budgets;

Cannot change budgets;

Cannot add budgets.
