Reallocation

In order for this functionality to work, it is necessary to turn it on. Please notify us of such a wish at support@bauwise.com.

To reallocate financial transactions, go to the "Actuals" module and press the "REALLOCATE" button in front of the line you want to reallocate:

In the "INITIAL ALLOCATION" table, you can see the current initial allocation (in this example, it is an unbound cost and there is no initial allocation):

In the table "CURRENT ALLOCATION" you can see the currently valid allocation (in the case of this example, the reallocation has not been done yet and therefore it is the same as the initial allocation):

Appropriate cost locations must be selected for reallocation. To do this, click on the "VALID ALLOCATION" cells in the table and select the appropriate cost location from there:

If desired, it is possible to create several cost lines from one line - for this, simply fill in the following column and mark its cost next to each line:

If the division is in the desired form, press the button "CALCULATE RULES":

Now you can see the initial division and the current division. If you want to change again, press the "Edit" button and then you can change the current allocation:
